About Us
LUDINA offers consulting, training, and coaching over a variety of cross-cultural issues. We help organizations build a trusting, diverse and open-minded business culture that fosters innovation and the development of products and services that really make a difference.
We work side-by-side with our clients, supporting them to branch out into international markets and build sustainable cross-cultural relationships, managing international teams, and easing the way for expatriates embarking on a new placement abroad.
At LUDINA, we base our innovative approach on solid scientific research as well as on the knowledge we’ve gained through years of experience. Our experts, trainers, and coaches all have international experience and are trained as consultants or coaches. Our activities address cognitive, emotional, and behavioral subjects in a balanced way.
